RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON ANNUAL STREET
IMPROVEMENT AND OILING PROGRAM AND ORDERING WORK DONE BY DAY
LABOR.

WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolu~~.o~_ designated as R~ ?.° ~~~°~ N®• 4942 passed by
the City Council March 26, :?.x'33, ~ -..Acting Public k~~:; .F.~s i~i.~.. : ,-~r has prepared plazry
and specifications for the improver .nt of public stre~~.s and ~,~.leys in the City of
Richfield by penetration oiling, 29y bituminous stab~~a~~~ed base, and bituminous seal
coat, and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval, and
WHEREAS, such improvement is in its entirety of .~. type which under Minnesota
law it is permissible for the city to construct by day labor, and
WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore advertised for bids and awarded a contract
for certain of the bituminous and related materials needed in the making of such an
improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as
followsc
1. Such plans and specifications shall be given Clerk's File No. and
the same are hereby approved and ordered placed on file.

3. Financing of said improvement is to be provided by transfer of monies from the
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund (PIR). Special AssesJr~rents hereafter levied by
reason of said improvement shall "i*~ used as a source of. mon~.es to repay said PIR Fund
