RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON MAY 14, 1973
ON ANNUAL STREET IMPROVEMENT AND OILINT PROGRAM, CITY PROJECT

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 9th day of
April, 1973, a report has been prepared by the Acting Public Works Director with
reference to the improvement by street oiling as designated in Resolution No.
4958 and this report was received by the Council on April 9, 1973, Clerk's File
No. 9470
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such streets in accordance

with the report and the assessment of property abutting upon such streets and
alleys for all ox a portion of the cost of the improvement, at an estimated total
cost of the improvement of $110,270.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on May 14,
1973 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, at 7:00 p.m, and the Clerk
shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
