1973-4948r1 RESO~~iION No. 4948 RESOI,~'`IION APEROPRIATING 1972 RE~7E~t~i1E SHARING EN'I'ITTaEMENT FUNS FOR CERTAIN GENERAI, Fil'N~ 19b3 E~FENHIT~TRES WHEREAS, the city received 1972 revenue sharing entitlement; and WHEREAS, the city c©uncil by Resolution,.No. 4874 revised the ad valorem tax levy for 1973 to prov:~de property tax relief from this revenue sharing source; and WHEREAS, it is determined that it is necessary to indicate the purpose for which these funds will be spent. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI,VEI~ by the C~.ty Council of the City of Richfield, 1 that; 1. The 1972 revenue sharing entitle~aent of $171,-000 is hereby appropriated for police patrolmens' salaries for x.9739 2. That the Finance IDirector shall re3.mburse the General Fund from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for these expenditures in an amount not to exceed $171,000.
