RESOLU'T'ION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TO BE OPENED ON MAY 9, 1973 FOR. DEVEL9P~
MEN'T OF DONAI,DSON PARR. PROJECT, CITY PROJECT No. 654.
WHEREAS, Brauer and Associates, Inc. (site planners) have heretofore been
ordered to prepare plans and specifications for site development plans for
Donaldson Parr and have presented such plans and specifications to the Council
for approval,
NOW, `THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota,
1. 'That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerlc~s File
No. Cm9467.
2. That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on May 9,
1973, at 2:00 P.M. in the council chambers, and that such bids will be tabulated
and presented to the City Council for award on May 14th, 1973.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Manager not later than 2;00
P. M. on May 9, 1973, and that said bids will be opened and read aloud at that time.
4. That the City Clerle is~hereby authorized and directed to advertise for
bids on said improvement as req€tired by lawn
