. RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISE-
MENT FOR, BIDS TO BE OPENED 0'N MAY 9, 1973 FOR DEVELOPMENT OF TAFT PARK
. PR®JECT, CITY PROJECT No, 653
WHEREAS, Brauer and Associates, Inco (site planners) have heretofore been ordered
to prepare plans and specifications for site development plans for Taft Park and have
presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval, and
WHEREAS, AdkinsmJacke~:s, Associates, Inc. (architects) have heretofore been
ordered to prepare plans and specifications for construction of a neighborhood park
building and control center building at 'Taft Park and have presented such plans and
specifications to the council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesotan
1. 'That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerkes File No,
C=9466,
2. `That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on May 9, 1973,
at 2<00 P.M. in the council chambers and that such bids will be tabulated and pre-
sented to the City Council for award on May 14, 1973.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Manager not later than 2000 P.M.
on May 9, 1973, and that said bids will be oepened and read aloud at that time,
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids
on said improvement as required by law.
