RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BTDS TO BE OPENED ON APRIL 27, 1973 FOR DEVELOPMENT
OF NEW FORD TOWN PARK PROJECT.` CITY PROJECT N0. 652.
WHEREAS, Adkins-Jackels, Associates,- Inc. (architects) have heretofore
been ordered to prepare plans and specifications for construction of a park
shelter building at New Ford Town Park and have presented such plans and
specifications to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by-.the City Council of the City of Rich-
field, Minnesota: .'
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's
File No.' C-9465.
2. That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on
the twenty-seventh day of April, 1973, at 11:00 am in the council chambers
and that such bids will be tabulated and presented to the City Council for
award on the seventh day of May, 1973.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Manager not later than
11:00 am on the twenty-seventh day of April, 1973, and that said bids avili
be opened and read aloud at that time.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise
for bids on said improvement as"required by law.
