RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON APRIL
23, 1973 ON ANNUAL STREET IMPROVEMENT AND OILING PROGRAM

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 26th day of March,
1973, a report has been prepared by the Acting Public Works Director with reference
to the improvement by street oiling as designated in Resolution No. 4942 and this
report was received by the Council on March 26, 1973, Clerk°s File No. 9463
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with
the report and the assessment of property abutting upon such streets and alleys
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $50,688.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on April 23, 1973
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, at 7:00 pem. and the Clerk shall give published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
