RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION ON THE WEST SIDE OF
CEDAR AVENUE FROM 400' NORTH OF 67TH STREET TO 146' SOUTH OF
67TH STREET AND FROM 68TH STREET TO DIAGONAL BOULEVARD

WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 12th day of March, 1973,
fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:
LOCATION
West side of Cedar Avenue
by sidewalk construction, and
TERMINI
FROM TO
400' N. of 67th St. 146' S. of 67th St.
68th Street Diagonal Boulevard
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 26th day of March, 1.973.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No,
4936 adopted on the 12th day of March, 1973.
2. That the ,Acting Public Works Director is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
this improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 26th day of March, 1973.
