RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS
"NO PARKING AT AedY TIME" ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
- 77TH STREET FROM ~tICOLLET AVENUE TO STEVENS
AVENUE AND BOTH SIDES OF 1ST AVENUE FROM 77TH
STP.EET ~TO 1/2 BLOCK NORTH
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Richfield, Minnesota,
as follocas
1, That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directed
to erect the following signs at the following locations, to wit:
"NO PARKING AT ANY TIME" on the North side of
77th Street from Nicollet Avenue to Stevens
Avenue and both sides of 1st Avenue from 77th
Street to 1J2 block 1lorth.
2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs have been so erected
on said street, they shall be official traffic control signs of the City of
Richfield and failure to observe such signs shall constitute a violation of the
traffic ordinance of this city.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 12th day of March,
1973.
