WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 12th day of March, 1973
a report has been prepared by the Acting Public Works Director with reference to sidewalk
construction as designated in Resolution No.4936 and this report was received by the Council
on March 12, 1973, Clerk's File i1o.~9461

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such sidewalk construction in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement of $12,316.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 26th day of
rch, 1973 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give
b~ished notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
