6r1HEREAS, it is proposed to improve the followin` street:

by sidewalk construction and to assess all abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement.
ISOW THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o£ Richfield, i~inn-
esota, as follows;
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the Acting Public Works Director
for study and that he be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient
speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed'
or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
2. That the construction listed in this resolution shall hereafter be known as
City Project No. 650, District i1o. 2.
