RESULUTIOIQ ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON SIDEWALK
COi1STRUCTION WEST SIDE OF CEDAR AVENUE FROM 63RD STREET

WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following street:

by sidewalk construction and to assess all abutting property for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement.
NOW T~IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the Acting Public Works Director
for study and that he be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient
speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
2. That the construction listed in this resolution shall hereafter be known as
City Project No. 650, District No. 14.
Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of March, 1973.
