RESOLUTION APPROVING LAXOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF-STREET
PARKING IN ACCORDANCE WITii APPLICATION N0. 73-3, CONTRACT
N0. 2134

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as folly
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
Off--Street Parking Application Pdo. 73-3, Contract No. 2134, is hereby approved subject
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said off-

street parking area, bearing Contract No. 2134, be given Clerks File No. 9459A, be
placed on file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract and the clerk
be authorized to seal the same for or on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for performance of the conditions
of said off-street parking, in the amount of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars an which
Check No. 3282 drawn on the National City Bank of Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the amo~~nt
of X100.00 and payable to the City of Richfield, was accepted in lieu of of surety

4. That responsibility for th~~ proper upkeep and maint~u°aance of said off-street
par~.ing lot shall remain the respoY~.~ibility of the off-strec~u parking lot operator in
ac~~ a°a°dance with Ordinance Cade No . ~~ . 05 .
