RESOLUTION AU`IITORI2IN0 TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE 1973
OONTINOENOY AG~Ot7NT TO VARIOUS BUDGET ACTIVITIES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4858 appropriated funds for each. department of the city
for the year 1973, which appropriations were revised by Resolution No. 4874; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the general fund for various
purposes including the 1973 salary adjustments and the related fringe benefit con
tributions; and
WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos. 4893, 4923, 4924, 4925, 4926, 4927 and 4928 established
the 1973 salary compensation plans for certain polies services, certain fire personnel,
and general services, and it is hereby determined that it wi1.1 be necessary to dis~
tribute $37,500 of the contingency among various departmental budget activities in
accordance with the 1973 pay plan for executive, legal, finance, planning, public safety,
public works, health, and parks and recreations and the various fringe benefits in these
departments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city co~u.ncil of the City of Richfield that
the following transfers be made from the contingency appropriation;
