1973-4928rRESOLUTION No. 492 RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1973 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in each grade, -the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression through the pay grade and the work week in hours for each class be established by council resolution, and WHEREAS, the city administration has prepared a 1~i3 pay plan for part time a:~d seasonal position classifications for which there are no essentially similar position classifications in othex regular pay plans. NOW, THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby does establish for the year 1973 the following pay plan, which is to be effective on the first day of the pay period closest to January 1, 1973, and subject to the provisions of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
