'~ WHEREAS Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in each grade, the biweekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression through the pay grade and thw work week in hours for each class be established by council resolution, and WHEREAS the city administration has prepared a 1973 pay plan for management position classifications within the fire division of the Department of Public Safety, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby does establish for the year 1973 the following pa~~ plan which is to be effective on the first day of the pay period closest to January 1 , 1973 and subject to the provisions of the personnel rules -and regulations ordinance .
