RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1973 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, Section 2 , 33 of the (Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides that the
assignment of classes to pay grades., the number of steps in each grade, the bi-weekly rates
in each grade, the method of normal progression through the pay grade and the work week in
hours for each class be established by council resolution, and

icatio~?s i;~s~:luded in the Interr~~~~•`onai I.a~~on cif Operating .Engineers Local 49 accord;ng= ~~o the
terms of the 1973 salary settlec;~ent and,
WHEREAS, the city administratz~n has established pay plans fox the supervisory positions
~~f street foreman and sewer foreman and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby daes establish
for the year 1973 the following pay plan, which is to be effective on the first day of the pay
period closest to January 1, 1973, and subject to the provisions of the personnel rules and
regulations ordinance. .
