RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON GRADING, CONCRETE
SURFACING, CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER AND APPURTENANCES THERETO ON
76TH STREET FROM XERXES AVENUE TO SHERIDAN AVENUE
CITY PROJECT N0. 615
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following street:

N0. LOCATION FROM TO TYPE OF WORK
615 76th Street Xerxes Avenue to Sheridan Avenue Grading, Concrete Surfacing,
Concrete Curb and Gutter
and Appurtenances thereto
and to assess all abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That the proposed grading, concrete surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and
appurtenances thereto be referred to the Act`ng Public Works Director for study. and
that he be requested to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the
Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. That the improvement listed in this resolution shall hereafter be known as City
Project No. 615.
