A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY. OF RICHFIELD
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE HENNEPIN
COUNTY ALCOHOL SAFETY ACTION PROJECT
' WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Alcohol Safety Action
Project is undertaking a countermeasures program
dealing r~rith the drinking/driving problem; and
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield has been requested
to participate in the program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Richfield, Minnesota, that the Director of Public
Safety be authorized to enter into an agreement c~rith tY?e
-Iennepin County Alcohol Safety Action Projects
