RESOLUTIOi~1 REVOKIiVG AND ESTABLISIIII~G MUNICIPAL STATE ATD STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Richfield that the street
hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street under the
provisions of Minnesota Law.
iVOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield that
the street described as follows, to wit:
That portion of State Aid Street No. 113, Segment
030, 70th Stx'eet from 18th Avenue to Cedar Avenue
be and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Richfield,
subject to approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Richfield that the street
hereinafter described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid Street under the
provisions of Minnesota Law.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield that
the street described as follows, to wit:
18th Avenue from 70t1i Street to Diagonal Blvd.
be and hereby is established, located and designated as a Municipal State Aid Street
of the City of Richfield subject to approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the
State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for
his consideration.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 26th day of February,
1973.
