RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION FROM THE 1972
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolutions Nosr 4658 and 4707 appropriated funds for personal
services, other expenses and capital outlays for each department of the City
for the year 1972; and
WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos, 4727, 4728, 4733, 4736, 4753, 4785, 4876, 4859
and 4891 made appropriations from the 1972 Contingency Account to various
departments; and
WHEREAS, Resolutions 4910 and 4.911 determined a negotiated 1972 salary
settlement retroactive to January 1, 1972; and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined necessary to revise the 1972 budget
appropriations to reflect such settlement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Rich•-
field that the sum of $14,950 be transferred from the contingency appropriation
to the public safety department,
