WHEREAS, Section 2,33 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield provides
that the assignment of classes to pay grades, t~~e number of steps in each grade,
the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method s~f normal, progression through the
pay grade and the work week in hours for each c:la.ss be established by council
` resolution, and
WHEREt~S, the city administration has prepared a 19`72 pay plan for the posit.%on
classifications included in t~~e International Association of Firefighters Local
1215 according to the terms of the 1972 salary settlement, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLCTEU that the city council do and hereby does
establish for the year 1972 the following pay plan, which is to be effective on
the first day of the pay period closest to January 1, 1972, and subject to the
provisions of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
