Resolution Noo 4778 and has presented such plans and specifications to the council for approval. ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows: 1, That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's Fate No, 9450. 2. That sealed bids will be publicly opened for City Project No. 650, Districts Nos. 2, 4 and 14 on February 23, 1973, at 11:00 a.m. in the council chambers of the Richfield city hall and that such bids will be tabulated and presented to the City Council for award on March 12, 1973 3, That sealed bids will be publicly opened for City Project T~Io. 650, Districts Nos. 3 and 5 on March 2, 1973, at 11:00 a.m. in the council chambers of the Richfield city hall and that such bids will be tabulated and presented to the City Council for award on March 12, 1973. 4. That all bids for City Project Nos. 650, Districts Nos. 2, 4 and 14, shall be filed with the City Clerk not later than 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of February, 1973 and that said bids will be opened and read aloud at that time. 5. That all bids for City Project No. 650, Districts Nos. 3 and 5 shall be filed with the City Clerk not later than 11:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of March, 1973 and that said bids will be opened and read aloud at that time. 6. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise far bids on said improvement as required by law. 7. That the omission and deletion of that portion of Distract 14 lying east of Highway 36 and south of 66th Street is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed, it being determined by the Council that such area shall be dropped from City Project No. 650 for inclusion in a future project.
