RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARTICIFATION IN THE
HENNEPIN COUNTY RELIEF BOARD
WI-IEREAS, this Council on I~Iarch 8, 1954 entered into an agreement between
the City and the Suburban Hennepin County Relief Boag,;~ of the County of Hennepin
for the administration and supervision of poor relief in this City, which. agreement
was given Clerk`s File No. 01339 and the execution of which agreement was
authroized by Resolution No. 302 of the council, and
WHEREAS, it is desired to continue the terms of contract in full force until such
time as the same may be cancelled by either party thereto as provided in said
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that all of the terms, conditions and
provisions of the aforementioned contract are hereby continued in full force and
effect so as to be binding upon both parties thereto, the same as though the contract
was on this date signed and made anew, and said contract shall remain in full force
and effect until such time as the same may be hereafter cancelled by either party
under the terms and conditions provided in said contract,
