RESOLUTION DESIrNA'I'INC DIRECTOR AND
ALTERNATE DiREC'I'OR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
RichfiF~ld, Minnesota, as follows;
Vern Luettinger is hereby designated as a director of the Suburban Rate
Authority, and A. P. Anderson is hereby designated to serve as alternate
director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1973 and until their
successors are appointed,
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 8th, day of January,
1973.
