and

priations from the 1972 Contingency AcK.ount to Various departments; and

in the 1973 budget docue~ent£ and
WHEREAS, the City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7,09, gives the council authority to
.,transfer ut~e~~cumbvred appropriat~.or~ balances from one office, department or agency
to another witkzin the same fund at the request of the manager; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has requested a final revision of the 1972 budget appro
priation in a~:cordance with charter provisions and as detailed in the City Manager°s
council letter No, 326, dated December 26, 1972;
NCW, THEI~FORE3 BE IT RESOLVLO by the City Council of the City of Richfield as
follows:
Section 1. That the 1972 appropriations for each department of the General Fund
be revised as follows:
