1972-4890rRESOLUTION N0. 4890 RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN STREETS FROM THE ANNUAL STREET IMPROVEMENT AND OILING PROGRAM, CITY PROJECT N0. 626 WHEREAS, weather conditions prevents the 1971-1972 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, City Project No. 626, from being completed, and WHEREAS, certain locations scheduled for improvement under the Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, City Project No. 626, were included in City Project No. 642, Permanent Street Surfacing for 1972, apd WHEREAS, certain locations scheduled for improvement under the Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, City Project No. 626, will be improved under permanent street surfacing programs in the near future, and WHEREAS, certain locations which were not improved can be included in the 1973 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the following locations be deleted from the Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, City Project No. 626. 2. That no benefit be charged to the abutting property owners.
