RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Richfield that the
street hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street
under the provisions of Minnesota Laws.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
that the street described as follows, to wit:
State Aid Street No. 115, Segment 030, 12th Avenue
from 62nd Street to 66th Street
be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Richfield
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota,
and
EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways
for his .consideration.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 26th day of. December,
1872.
