RESOLUTION DETERMINING 1973 METRO SEWER BOARD
SERVICE AVAILABILITY CHARGES
WHEREAS, the Metro Council and the Metro Sewer Board have changed the method
of determining the municipalities annual share of sewer costs by enacting a sewer
service availability charge; and
WHEREAS, the city ordinance code requires this sewer service availabilityC~C1~~~E:
to be collected with the issuance of building permits; and
WHEREAS, the city ordinance code 8.12x, subdivision 2, required that the amount
of sewer servioe availability charge shall be fixed from time to time by the city council,
that:
1. The Metro Sewer Service Availability Charge for 1973, be as follows:

Existing buildings which are not yet connected to the local sewer system
will be subject to the original charges when they take out a connection
permit. If a connection permit is taken out during 1973, the charge will
be one-half of the 1973 charge identified above.
2. This resolution is effective on January 1, 1973.
