WEiEREAS, Edina Remodelers, Irac., 6021 Lyndale Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota,
had an off-street parking agree~aeraL~ ~aitka the City of Richfield relating to 6416 Oliver
Avenue South, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. 2036 and which contract
was guaranteed 'by a bond of the American Employers Insurance Company in the amount of
Five Thousand Two Hundred ($5,200.900) Dollars, and
WHEREAS, Edina Remodelers, Inc. has complied with the provisions of said agreement
and the American Employers Insurance Company now seeks to be relieved of any further
obligation under said bond, and
ridliEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring Edina Remodelers, Inc.
to ca~ntinue to prov}.de a bond for security on the performance of said agreement.
1~OW, T~IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tl~e City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as fallowss
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the American
Employers Insurance Company for any and all acts of Edina Remodelers, Inc, committed or
incurred. in v~.olation of Said Contract No. 2036 on and after the 11th day of December,
1972.
Adopted by the City Council this 11th day of December, 1972.
