RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 650
DISTRICT N0. 14
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council, adopted on the 26th day of June,
1972 fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement ®f:
Street Improvement District No. 14. That area bounded on the
north by 62nd Street, west by 11th Avenue, east by 23rd Avenue
and south by 66th Street, excepting part of 62nd Street and
part of 66th Street. Also, the area bounded on the north by
66th Street, west by Highway 36 Service Road, east by 21st
Avenue and south by 69th Street.
by ornamental street lights and appurtenances thereto, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for
the making of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the
council hearing through two weakly publications of the required notice, arad
mailed notice as required by law, and the hearings were held thereon, on the 4th
and 6th days of December, 1972.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of flee City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 4778 adopted on the 12th day of June, 1972.
2. That orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated
as the Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 6th day of December,
1972.
