RESOLUTION No. 4880 RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1972 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN WHEREAS Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in each grade, the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression through the pay grade and the work week in hours for each class be established by council resolution, and WHEREAS the city administration has prepared a 1972 pay plan for management position classifications within the fire division of the Department of Public Safety, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby does establishes for the year 1972 the following pay plan which is to be effective on the first day of the pay period closest to January 1 , 1972 and subject to the provisions of the personnel rules and regulat ions ordinance .
