RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Dr. Thomas W. Wanous
600 West 66th Street
Use: Veterinary Clinic and
Hospital
WHEREAS, Dr. Thomas W. Wanous, D.V.M., had an off-steeet parking. agreement with
the City of Richfield relating to 600 West 66th Street, which contract bears the
designation of Contract No. 2098 and which contract was guaranteed by a. bond of the
Auto Owners Insurance Company, Lansing, Michigan, in the amount of $2,550.00, and
WHEREAS, Dr. Thomas W. Wanous has complied with the provisions of said agreement
and the Auto Owners Insurance of Lansing, Michigan now seeks to be relieved of any
further obligation under said bond; an~3

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the Auto
Owners Insurance Company, Lansing, Michigan for any and all acts of Dr. Thomas W.
Wanous, committed or incurred in violation of Contract No. 2098, on and after the
13th day of November, 1972.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 13th day of November,
1972.
