RESOLZJTION AZJTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
FROM THE 1972 CONTINGENCY AGCOI"JNT TO THE
PZTBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
WI-IEREAS, Resolution Noo 4658 appropriated funds i'or each department of the
city for the year 1972£ and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund for
unforeseen necessary and emergency expenses of the city during 1972@ and
WHEREAS, there are a number of necessary maintenance repairs that must be
made to the city hall structures and.
WHEREAS, the cost of making these repairs had not been anticipated in

preparing the 1972 budget documento and it is hereby determined that it vaill
be necessary to distribute $3, 945 of the contingency to the Public- Works
Department:
NOW, THEREFORE,- EE IT RESOLVED by the City- Council of the City of Richfield
that $3 , 945 be transferred from the contingency appropriation to the Public Works
Department o
