BE IT RESOLiIEI~ by the City Council of tine City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 72-12, Contract No. 2124, is hereby approved subject
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such of.f-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said off-
treat parking area, bearing Contract No, 2124, be given Clerk's File No. 9440, be placed
n file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract and the clerk be auth-
orized to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for performance of the conditions of
said off-street parking contract, in the amount of Pave Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars on
which the Reliable Insurance Company, 4 Penn Cexiter Plaza, Philadelphia, Pennsyl~~ania,
appears as surety, is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off--street
parking lot sha11 remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance Code No. 4.05.
