RESOLUTION DETERMINING RESULTS OF GENERAL ELECTION OF THE CITY
OF RICHFIELD HELD TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 1972
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield that it be
hereby found and determined that the general election held in and for said
City on November 7, 1972, for the purpose of electing one councilman, and the
granting of special licenses for the on-sale of intoxicating liquor between
the hours of 12:00 o'clock noon and 12:00 midnight on Sunday in the City of
Richfield, the results are as follows:
For Councilman; A. P. Anderson 9,113
Russell Kennedy 6,687
Referendum;
Shall Special Licenses be Granted for the On-Sale of
Intoxicating Liquor between the hours of 12:00 o''clock
Noon and 12:00 o"clock Midnight on Sunday in the City
of Richfield?

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following candidate, having received the
majority of votes cast and counted, is hereby declared elected to fill the
office of councilman for three years, from and after the first of January,
1973; A. P.'ANDERSON, 6620 Logan Avenue So.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that special licenses should ~e granted for the
On-Sale of intoxicating liquor between the hours of 12;00 o'clock noon and
12;00 o'clock midnight on Sunday in the City of Richfield.
