BC IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as

to That- it is hereby determined, that the bid of Instant Shade, Inc., P. O,
Box 146, Chanhassen, Minnesota, is the lowest bid by a responsible bidder for
boulevard tree planting, City Project No. 642, Clerk°s File No.
2. Thvt the bid of Instant Shade Inc. for boulevard tree planting, city
Project No., 642, on a unit price basis at the price contained in their proposal
of October 24, 1972, with an estimated total cost of $10,565.00 is hereby accepted.
3. That the proposed contract between Instant Shade Inc. and the City of
Richfield, be g:i.ven Clerk°s File No. 9439, and be placed on file. That said
contract fo~° planting of boulevard trees, City Project No. 642, is hereby approved
and adopted and that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to
execute sa°i~d contract for and on behalf of the City of Richfield and the City
Clerk is autharized and directed to affix the City seal thereto.
4, Tlaat payments to be made under the terms of said contract shall be charged
against fibs City Prs~ject No. 642 Construction Fund,
5. l'1+at the Corporate Surety Bond in the sum of the estimated contract price
which accompanies said proposed contract is hereby accepted and approved.
6> That the. Clerk is authorized and directed to return the security documents
to the unsuccessful bidders upon the execution of said proposed contract.
