RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT FOR PERMANENT STREET CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT N0. 650
DISTRICT N0. 3
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council, adopted on the 26th day of June,
1972, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:
Street Improvement District No. 3. That area bounded on the
north by 72nd Street, west by Portland Avenue, south by Highway
494 and east by 12th Avenue, excluding Portland Avenue, Highway
494 and 12th Avenue
by permanent street surfacing, curb and gutter and appurtenances thereto, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the council
hearing through two weekly publications Qf the required notice, and mailed notice
as required by law, and the hearing was held thereon, on the 16th day of October,
1972.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
].. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 4778 adopted on the 12th day of June, 1972.
