RESOLUTION APPROVING CLASSIFICATION OF TAX DELINQUENT
LAND AS NON-CONSERVATION LAND
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Richfield , Hennepin County, Minnesota ,
has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, a list of lands
in said city which became the property of the State of Minnesota under the provisions
of law declaring the forfeiture of lands to the State for non-payment of taxes , which said
list has been designated as Classification List "646-C", dated July 10, 1972, and
described as follows:
Parcel 8.120, Plat 45635, which is South 8 feet of North 34 5/10 feet
front and rear of Lot 5 , block 4 of M . P. Johnson's Lyndale Shores on
Woodlake Addition to to Richfield, Minnesota
Parcel 5360, Plat 45880, which. is Lot 15, block 21 of New Fordtown
Addition to Richfield, Minnesota
Parcel 4920, Plat 46190, -which is East 1/2 of South 114 feet of North 474
feet of Richfield's Addition to Richfield, Minnesota.
WHEREAS ; each: parcel of land described. above -has 'heretofore.been classified by the
Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as non-conservation
lend and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County
Commissioners
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting pursuant to Minn--
esota Statutes 1957 , Section 282.01, Subd . 1, that the said classification by said
Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described above as non-conservation
land be and the same is hereby approved and that the sale of each such parcel of land be
and the same is hereby approved .
