RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Mr. Bud Teien , 814 Fulton St . S . E . Mpls , Minn .
Location: 6244 Cedar Avenue South
Northwestern Bell Telephone Co.
Use: Garage and test center
WHEREAS, Mr. Bud Teien, 814 Fulton Street S.E., Minneapolis, Minnesota had an
off_street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to 6244 Cedar Avenue
South, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. 2092 and which contract
was guaranteed by a bond of the Agricultural Insurance Company, Watertown, New York,
in the amount of $19 , 000.00 , and
WHEREAS Mr. Bud Teien has complied with the provisions of said agreement and
the Agricultural Insurance Company of Watertown, New York, now seeks to be relieved
of any further obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring Mr. Bud Teien to
continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreement..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the Agricultural
Insurance Company of Watertown, New York, for any and all acts of Mr. Bud Teien,
committed or incurred in violation of Contract No. 2092, on and after the 11th day of
October, 1972.
Adopted by the city council of the City of Richfield this 11th day of October, 1972.
