BE IT RESOLi1ED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric lahout of the off-street parking as contained in

Off-Street Parking Application No. 72-10, Contract No. 2122,is hereby approved subject
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized,
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said
off-street parlc~.ng, bearing Contract Noo 2122, be given Clerk's File No. ,

4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street
