LEVIES ON IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1956, SERIES A
~~:~'REAS, Resolution No. 1080 provided for taxes to be levied for the repay
meat of principal and interest on the Improvement Bonds of 1956,
Series A, and
~~~;RE.4S, It appears desirable to cancel or reduce such ad valorem tax 1ev-,~
to be levied in 1972, by reason that there are currently sufficient
funds available in the debt redemption fund to pay all remaining
principal and interest on such bonds,
i~~}.~}h, Tr~REI'ORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the amount to be levied in 1972, collectible in 1973 on
Resolution No. 1080, in the amount of $3,045, is hereby can-
celled,
2. That a copy of this resolution shall be sent to the Hennepin
County Auditor.
