RESOLUTION CERTIFYING UNPAID WATER SERVICE CHARGES TO THE
COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE COLLECTED WITH OTHER TAXES ON SAID
PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, Ordinance Code 8.23 establishes rules, rateL a.nd charges for
water service in the City of Richfield, and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 44.075, Subd. 3, provides that all delinquent
hater service charges not paid may be certified to the Co~.~~~~ty Auditor with the
taxes against such property, and shall be collected with ~~tx?er taxes on such
property, and
WHEREAS, An assessment roll has been prepared specify:~rag the amounts
tiahich shall be certified against each particular propertyA
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVER by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, that o
1. There is hereby determined to be a total uncollected amount of
$6,871.35.
2. That such amount is hereby certified to the County Auditor for collection
with other taxes on said properties.
3. That a copy of this resolution shall be sent to the Hennepin County
Auditor.
