RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE
SUBURBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY NURSING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 14.5.08, a7~d 145.1,?
has been made for a public health nursing district in that portion. of 1:~E3~~aze4~ rY, i_% ,
outside the City of Minneapolis and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such authority such a public health nursinc; c~,,~tr°i~-:': ~~~
been organized and has been in operation for several years, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to continue the operation os ~~~acr~ n.~~,;~~.~;
district and to provide it with adequate funds for its proper open.°ation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of thE~ Ci.t;y c>i Ri.c,4'~:_: '' _''
that this political subdivision continue to be included in the public, health tzX.~~`~:i
district of Suburban Hennepin County, organized on January 4, 1952` that ii.
participate in the benefits thereof; and that it agrees to support on arz appor-~~ic;r}r~.~:_
basis its pro rata share of the cost_caf ahe administration of such district protfi.r.~i~.~:a.:
however, that for the period of January 1, 1973 through December 31, 1.973 tl~~it:~ __
shall not exceed 3~~ per capita on the basis of the last official census.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall be deemed an agre;emen.t is=
continue to participate in such nursing district on the basis hereinbefore spec:a.l~.4~~4
with all other political s:ulidivisions adopting similar resolutions ,
