BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnes~st~s ~~s
follows:
1. That the City En.gine.ering Division is hereby authorised. end directed to
erect the following signs at the following locati®ns, to wit:
"THRU TRAFFIC OVER 3 TON PER ABLE PROHIBITED THIS
BLOCK" oxa Aldrich, Bryant, Colfax, Dupont and Emerson
Avenues between ~C~th and 7th Street.
2. That when the aforementioned traff:Lc control signs have been see erer~ted
on said streets, they shall be official tr.sffic contr®]_ signs of the City of
Richfield and failaxre to obse~'ve such signs sha~3. constitute a violation of tk~.~:
