2. 'That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvemenC of said off-

zz. file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract and the clerk be author-
~_~ed to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for performance of the conditions
of said off-street parking, in the amount of $3,000.00 on which The Home Indemnity Company,
New York, New York, appears as surety, is hereby approved,
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-s~reet
parki~ag iot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator, in
accordance with Ordinance No. 4.05.
