RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Hyre, Fleshes and Co.
2409 West 66th. Street
Use: Business Offices (Accountants)
WHEREAS, Hyre, Fleshes and Co. had an off-street parking agreement with the City of
Richfield relating to 2409 West 66th Street, which contract bears the designation of
Contract No. 2097, and which contract was guaranteed by a bond of the Transamerica
Insurance Company, Los Angeles, California, in the amount of $1,500.00, and
WHEREAS, Hyre, Fle~her and Co. has complied with the provisions of said agreement
.and the Transamerica Insurance Company, Las Angeles, California, now seeks to be relieR.red
of any further obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification far requiring Hyre, Fleshes and Co.
to continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn
esota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the Transamerica
Insurance Company of Los Angeles, California, for any and all acts of Hyre, Fleshes and
Co., committed or incurred in violation of said Contract No. 2097, on and after the
11th day of September, 1972.
Adopted by the Gity Council this 11th day of September, 1972.
