RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PERMANENT
SURFACING OF PILLSBURY FROM 65TH TO 66TH STREET AND ORDERING
WOR~C TO RE DONE BY CHANGE ORDER TO EXISTING CONTRACT WITH
MINNESOTA VALLEY SURFACING COMPANY.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City C®uncil of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. It is hereby determined to proceed forthwith with the construction of
City Project No. 649 as proposed in the notice of hearing on said improvement.
2. Plans and specifications for City Project No. 649,. prepared by Orr-Schelen-
Mayeron & Associates, Inc. and presented to the council on the 11th day of September,
1972 are hereby approved.
3. WHEREAS, City Project No. 642 is now under construction and whereas City
Project No. 649 involves the same type of construction work, it is hereby determined
to construct City Project No. 649 by ordering the same to be done pursuant to Contract
No. 2116, the existing surfacing contract with Minnesota Valley Surfacing Company, by
Change Order on a unit price basis as provided in said contract for an estimated
addition to the contract in the amount of $8,316.35.
