~.~ ThaL it is hereby determined that the bid of Northern Contracting Company,
is„n~: £~.~fl, Hopkins, Minnesota, is the lowest bid by a responsible bidder for the
~:° -~~~°~,-~~~:tic~n of City Fr~ject Nos, 647A through 647F, and
2a That the bid of Northern Contracting Company for the construction of the
,,~~o~r=~ ~~eferenced projects on a unit price basis, at the price contained in their
p~~sp~a~al of. September 7, 1972, with an estimated construction cost of $101,115.91 is
hreby~ accepted.
3. That the proposed contract between Northern Contracting Company and the City
of Richfield be given Clerk's File No. and be placed on file. That said
proposed contract for the construction of said city projects is hereby approved and
adopted and the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
contract for or on behalf of the City of Richfield and the Clerk is authorized and
directed to affix the city seal thereto.
4. That payemnts to be made under the terms of said contract shall be charged
against the Construction Fund.
S. That the Corporate Surety Bond in the sum of the estimated contract price
which accompanies said proposed contract is hereby accepted and approved.
6. a"hat the City Clerk is authorized and directed to return the security docu-
ments to the unsuccessful bidders upon the execution of said proposed contract.
