the ser~aices of the State of Minnesota Public Examiner's office to conduct the
r~e~ular ~.u.dit of tree accounts and records of the city for the year ended
~;-ec~:mber 31, 1972s
N0~7~ I"~IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tree City of Richfield
as follows°
1. 1`hat the city council petition the State of Minnesota Public Examiner's
office to provide auditing services for the calendar year 1972.
2. That the city manager is hereby authorized and directed to contact the
State of Minnesota and secure these services for and on behalf of the
city.
